R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities: A pharmaceutical R&D technician is primarily responsible for researching drug chemical synthesis processes and also involved in the development of new drugs. Generally, candidates are expected to have expertise in fields such as pharmacy, bioengineering, and related disciplines; possess a solid foundation in organic synthesis; demonstrate strong hands-on skills; be familiar with various organic synthesis reactions and mechanisms; be proficient in operating different types of instruments; and exhibit a certain degree of curiosity and teamwork spirit. Laboratory technician

Job Responsibilities: 1. Timely and accurately perform sampling, chemical testing, and inspection of raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, intermediate products, finished products, and critical production media in accordance with approved and effective operating procedures and quality standards. 2. Job Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and inspect the proper wearing of work uniforms, caps, masks, and shoes by production personnel, and promptly stop any violations. 2. Take samples of production materials, intermediate products, and finished goods in accordance with the approved standard operating procedures. 3. Be responsible for daily inspections of all process steps in the workshop during production days, and follow up on improvements as needed. Qualifications: 1.
