Black Dragon Jiangsu Fulekang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established through the restructuring of the former “Sino-Japanese Joint Venture—Harbin Yokokura Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.” It officially changed its name on August 28, 2008, and relocated to the Niujia Industrial Park in Hanan New Industrial City in January 2013. That year, we pursued our dreams with hard work and dedication. While continuously refining our organizational structure, we also set a series of goals and objectives for ourselves—all aimed at keeping pace with the rapidly evolving pharmaceutical industry today.
